Office Policy
HR Stimulus Enrollments
For those that are utilizing our HR Stimulus program, it is the student's responsibility to call our facility three days prior to a class to confirm that it has not been rescheduled. If a registered student does not cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled class, or fails to show up entirely, they will not be eligible to reschedule or retake the class.
Late Arrivals
In fairness to all students and the instructor, in order to avoid disruptions or distractions, we advise that students arrive ten minutes before the scheduled start time of class.
No Show
If you are registered for a class and fail to contact our office to cancel or reschedule, a fee equivalent to your daily rate will be applied.
Rescheduling
ExecuTrain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course. Should ExecuTrain reschedule a course, a full credit will be applied to a rescheduled course. ExecuTrain cannot assume responsibility for any other costs to the student (i.e. non-refundable airline tickets).
Cancellation Policy
ExecuTrain of Long Island remains to have a “No Cancellation” policy however reserves the right to postpone any class due to low enrollment. Please contact us if you would like to schedule an “ExecuTutor” at a date more convenient for you.
Public Technical Training
Public technical courses may be canceled or rescheduled no later than two weeks in advance without charge. A full credit (no refunds) will be applied to future training on all canceled or rescheduled courses greater than two weeks in advance. The client is responsible for 50% of the class fee if a technical course or private class is canceled or rescheduled within two weeks of the class date, and full price if the private course is canceled or rescheduled within one week of the class date.
Public Desktop Applications Training or Instructor Services
Standard and Professional Desktop Application courses may be canceled or rescheduled by the client greater than two business days in advance without charge. If a student does not reschedule or cancel a class within two business days of their scheduled class date, or if a student neglects to attend class, it is considered a "no show." The full standard daily rate for the class will be charged or deducted from the account. The student will be eligible for a retake, but will not be refunded. For the policy on HR Stimulus enrollments, please see above.
Private Classes
Private classes may be canceled or rescheduled greater than two weeks in advance without charge. The client is responsible for 50% of the class fee if a private class is canceled or rescheduled within 2 weeks of the class date, and full price if the private course is canceled or rescheduled within one week of the class date.
